The conference control system is a central controller that controls all electrical equipment in the conference room through a single operating terminal. For example, adjusting the volume of projectors, projection screens, microphones, switching videos, adjusting the brightness and on/off of lights, opening and closing electric curtains, and turning on/off air conditioning.
Characteristics of the conference control system
1. Digitalization
The internal transmission of the system is all digital signals, and the microphones used by the attending representatives all adopt "analog-to-digital" conversion technology. Most unit devices also use analog-to-digital and digital to analog converters, so external analog devices (such as broadcasting, recording, wired or wireless audio devices, etc.) can directly enter the digital system network through the audio media interface.
2. Modularization
For meetings with any level of requirements, modular selection of equipment matching the requirements can be used to form the corresponding system. For established systems, more multimedia devices can also be added and controlled through computer software to further expand the system.
3. Intelligentization
There is a connection between systems, a language for communication, and communication between them. Organically combining the originally relatively independent self systems and generating interaction.
4. High efficiency
Completely overturning the original conference security model, saving personnel and steps. Simplification: saves the tedious operational steps of meeting security or meeting controllers, and reduces the possible errors caused by cumbersome steps.
5. Enhance image
The stylish and aesthetically pleasing wireless touch screen, with tailor-made touch screen images, can perfectly enhance the taste of your conference room.
