Recently, the Nantong survey team of the National Bureau of Statistics launched an efficient, intelligent, and low-carbon "paperless conference system" to ensure conference services, effectively improving the level of conference organization and management.
Paperless office is the foundation for promoting the application of digital technology in government management services, and is a prerequisite for improving the digitization, intelligence, and efficiency of office work. After learning that the Nantong Municipal Government has developed a "paperless conference system" and will provide a small number of free usage quotas to municipal departments, the Nantong team immediately communicated with the Municipal Big Data Management Bureau to actively cooperate in a series of work such as system debugging.
In order to ensure the smooth launch of the system, the Nantong team invited technical personnel to conduct system operation training, providing one-on-one practical training for conference initiators, covering the entire process of publishing conference notifications, setting topics, selecting participants, and uploading conference materials; Provide a detailed explanation of the maintenance and management methods for system administrators, and complete the configuration of meeting rooms, meeting categories, personnel permissions, etc; Provide account passwords to attendees to familiarize them with functions such as conference registration and attendance, conference material review and annotation, and historical conference information inquiry.
At the end of September, the Nantong team officially launched the "paperless meeting system", providing comprehensive meeting services for attendees, including viewing meeting materials, registering and signing in, and counting voting. Two meetings have been successfully held so far.
After the system was launched, it promoted the digital conversion of traditional paper carriers for Nantong team meetings, ensuring controllable access to meeting information and reducing security risks caused by document loss and damage. It also solved the inconvenience caused by document sorting, binding, and distribution, greatly reducing meeting costs and improving meeting efficiency.
It is reported that in recent years, the Nantong team has continued to deepen its information technology construction and build the brand of "smart investigation services". It has continuously explored and innovated in areas such as investigation data collection, online processing, intelligent analysis, and visualization applications. At the same time, it has conscientiously completed the testing and use of intelligent office OA, video conferencing, integrated financial management, personnel information management and other systems. Next, the Nantong team will deepen the use of the "paperless conference system" in various application scenarios, and combine it with the upgrade of our team's "smart investigation service system" project to promote the level of document, meeting, and administrative work to a new level.
