1. Preparation before the meeting/support during the meeting

In the pre meeting preparation stage, set different meeting themes or topics for different meetings. Attending time: Set the start and end times for different meetings. Host: Set different meeting host information. Welcome interface editing: Set welcome messages for different conference settings on the terminal homepage. All information settings for the meeting include the following functions: ranking system, file upload, permission settings, voting settings, information publishing, etc. One click start meeting: One click can start the next meeting and instantly update all meeting information.
1) Homepage template settings: Different meeting settings include terminal startup welcome interface, setting the size, font, color, and position templates for meeting title, seat number, name, and position (meeting title, seat number, name, and position can be hidden); Import background template; Set the check-in type (input method check-in, original handwriting check-in, sign free entry), and save the settings to take effect in real time.
2) Hardware settings: Users can choose the client type based on their chosen product (such as using Windows, Linux, Android, iOS systems); Choose whether the hardware is a single-sided or double-sided screen.
3) Conference management: Conference management includes setting the overall title of the conference, setting the host, setting the conference secretary, designating conference service personnel, setting the conference time and location, setting conference topics, adding an overall introduction to the conference, and whether to set the conference as encrypted; Multiple meetings can be established simultaneously, and multiple discussion topics can be set for a certain meeting. Select a selected meeting to be established as the current meeting (start meeting), and the meeting information and materials can be distributed on the terminal. Once completed, the office meeting can be officially held.
4) Attendee management: Attendees correspond one-to-one with the meeting. Attendee management includes setting the names, units, positions, seat numbers, and allocation permissions of attendees, which can be imported in batches and edited separately. In conjunction with the self-developed seating system, visual seating management can be achieved.
5) Ranking system: Attendee list: Set the list of attendees based on the meeting agenda and upload it in bulk to the server. Seat arrangement: Set up seats for attendees according to the meeting schedule. Background and Display Layout: Set the nameplate background color, unit information, logo, name size, color, font, etc. based on the meeting agenda, and preview the display position at the front end. Permission settings for attendees: Set permissions based on the department represented by the attendees under the agenda of this meeting. Generate simulation layout: Display the actual venue simulation in electronic format based on the names and seating arrangements of attendees. Absence mechanism: After setting up seat arrangements, the system supports automatic upward movement of all subsequent names after absence, filling in absent seats and displaying them instantly. Addition mechanism: After completing the seat arrangement, the system supports automatic downward movement of this seat, including all subsequent names, after adding a name. Seat swap mechanism: After setting up the seat arrangement, the system supports automatic display of the name placed in the current seat on the front desk after seat dragging.
